Ted Budden <br />From: Ted Budden <br />Sent: Tuesday, August 19, 2014 9:48 AM ��/ � %� <br />To: Donald Cunningham <br />Subject: RE: 2322 Rainier <br />Mi Don, l looked into that concern and was not able to confirm the allegations @ 2322 Rainier. <br />I do have however an outstanding code violation concerning Unsafe Electrical Equipment at a different property. <br />On 6J25/2013 electrical inspector Tim Alaniz and I conducted an electrical safety assessment at 2131 Chestnut St. in <br />response to concerns about the electrical system. <br />Mr. Alaniz determined that the meter base service entrance conductors are inadequate for the 200 amK� electrical panel. <br />Additional electrical concerns may exist. <br />A request to have the system properly and professionally assessed and repaired was made in writing and delivered on <br />site the same day. <br />A file review today indicates that the necessary work to repair the system or to obtain required permits and approvals <br />has not accurred. <br />The system remains in violation of the IPMC (section 108.1.2j and the National Electric Code. <br />Please initiate enfarcement action to abate this matter as your schedule allows. <br />Thank you <br />Ted Budden <br />From: Donald Cunningham <br />Sent: Tuesday, August 19, 2014 9:04 AM <br />To: Ted Budden <br />Subject: 2322 Rainier <br />Ted- <br />I spoke with RP today.
