As you know portions of the fence are too high and of a <br />type that is prohibited by zoning ordinances. <br />The newly attached roof structure at the north side of the main house is located within a restricted setback area. This <br />structure was constructed without required permits. <br />We have posted a stop work order and an Unlawful Structure placard at the west gate area of the property. <br />Please see attached photos and report in CRW. <br />The owners were present during our site visit and allowed some access for our inspection. The reasons for our actions <br />concerning the code violations were explained to the owners. I should add that the owners were very "unhappy" with <br />our actions. <br />I notified the owners that they would be hearing from you shortly. <br />Regards <br />Ted Budden <br />From: Cynthia Keirsey <br />Sent: Friday, May 22, 2015 12:40 PM <br />To: Ted Budden; Jeff Heilman <br />Subject: Working without permits at 3627 Rockefeller <br />Ted, <br />I drove by the property at 3627 Rockefeller after receiving a report from a neighbor that a too tall fence was being built. <br />I noted an 8' high fence and a shed roof structure being built to the property line as viewed from the alley. I think a <br />"Stop Work" needs to be issued. I attached pictures. <br />Cindy K <br />
