See the <br />enclosed Inspection Activity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code <br />and International Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or <br />is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. Work under your permits will no longer be <br />authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last <br />inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that all <br />required inspections are performed. Please contact us by April 8, 2016 to schedule inspections <br />or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit once <br />again reaches expiration.
