App[icant: <br />Location: <br />� <br />� <br />LAND US� APPROVAL. <br />PLANIdIP1G DIRECTOR DETERMItdATION <br />SHORELINE PERMiT REV[SIC;N No. 2- SMA07-048 <br />Rich McLean, McLean Iranworks <br />2902 Ross Ave <br />�, W/��-� <br />2102 Ross Ave, Everett, WA <br />Request: Modifications appraved shoreline permit to allow far fvvo painf booths <br />located on fhe sast side af the main building. <br />Background: Permit No. SMA07-008 authorized construction of a 45,000 s.f. steel <br />fabr[catian shop with exterior craneways, parking, outdoor starage, and environmental <br />restarafion of the shoreline buffer (above ordinary high water marEc) and the ticlelands <br />below OHWM. In 2009 a shorefine permit revision was issued to to allow a flag pole. <br />�etermination: <br />The City of Everett Planning Dir�ctar has determined tha# the proposed revisions to the <br />praject authorized by shareline substantial devefopment permit No. SMA07-008 are within <br />the scape and infient of the approved shoreline permit. 7his deferminiation is made <br />pursuant #o fhe specific revisian criteria of Secti�n 173-27-100(2} WAC: <br />{a) Na additional overwater construc�ion is proposed. �V � L <br />(b) There is no increase the the amount of ground covered by the project. The paint � <br />booths are in an area shown on the original approved shoreline permit site plan as � � <br />craneway. They each cover 1,440 s.f. and have a build�ng height that is be less `L� <br />than the main fabrication building. <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />The revision daes not authorize the developrnent to exceed height, lot coverage, ,� /� <br />setback or other standards of the Everett Shoreline Master Program. � �" 1/ 1 <br />No impacts to required landscaping will oGcur.
