B1204-021, C1203-002, D1202-005 & E1203-106 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />This letter is in response to two letters from you dated December 3 and <br />December 7, 2012 and my follow up call to you. I am a licensed general <br />contractor and am doing the work on this house in my spare time. I was <br />extremely busy with my company's work this year and was not able to <br />complete the work on the Rucker house. Nonetheless, I have completed the <br />work on permits no. B1204-021 (Addition to roof and porch), C1203-002 <br />(Repair Fire Damage), and D1202-005 (Clear Debris and Demolish Two <br />Walls). In addition, the plumbing is 95% complete and I am starting the <br />rewiring this week. <br />Despite the delay, I have completed a substantial amount of the work.
