PROJECT SUMMARY SHEET <br />The sites residence is a two-story wood framed structure with an unfinished <br />basement/garage. The recent fire damaged the existing first floor joists, interior bearing <br />wall, and the second floor joists. Fire fighting efforts damaged the roof framing by <br />partially cutting through a portion of the roof framing. <br />No fire damage was observed in the exterior wall framing. The extent of damaged <br />framing is centrally located in the home and affects less than 25% of the floor framing. <br />In addition to repairing the damaged framing, strengthening of the existing undersized <br />floor joists will also be included in the repairs. <br />
