Silver Lake Drive, "Clubhouse". 1. Two restrooms have been recently renovated to include new plumbing fixtures, new toilet compartment partitions, new accessible grab rails and new doors and hardware. 2. Alterations to the south interior entry ramp have been made. The slope of this ramp is required by code to have grip- able handrails provided. The ramp lacks the required railings. 3. An interior stairway located at the center north portion of the building was observed to lack required handrails. 4. Plumbing fixtures, (hot water tank and laundry tray) have been installed at some time in the past at the electrical room within this building. These fixtures encroach into a required clear workspace area for electrical �anels located in the room. This code required workspace is for the safety of personnel that have to service and maintain these electrical panels. 5. It was observed that required exit doors lacked code correct hardware for the use and safety of the occupants. Additionally, incorrect non accessible door hardware has been installed on the new restroom doors. The conditions observed and identified here are code violations. Some of the code violations are life safety concerns. I support enforcement action to abate these code violations. Please let me know how I can be of further assistance.
