Any work that <br />occurs in the lower portion of the building effects the upper area as well. Required approvals for the alterations of this <br />building have yet to occur. This building is an Unlawful Structure as defined by the 1PMC. Mull�nberg ca�l�d me to let ne k�-�ow ihai iie <br />had not drawn permits and done the work. I get a call from the neighbor this morning that the notices have been taken <br />down. I talked to Mullenberg this morning and he says that the upstairs unit is all correct and approved, and that all he <br />needs to do is a new garage door and some minor sheet rock work.
