Professional Agreement Amendment 1 Computer Sciences Corporation

CITY AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO RISKMASTER Accelerator Access Agreement WORK ORDER NO. 1 This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment") is deemed effective August 3, 2016, and is by and between Computer Sciences Corporation("CSC")as successor in interest to DORN Technology Group Inc.,and City of Everett ("Customer") and is hereby made a part of and incorporated into RISKMASTER Accelerator Access Agreement Work Order No. 1 dated effective December 31,2015('Work Order")and Agreement for Purchase, Installation and Training of Risk Management Information System by and between CSC and Customer dated March 31,2000("Agreement").In the event that any provision of this Amendment and Work Order and any provision of the Agreement are inconsistent or conflicting, the inconsistent or conflicting provision of this Amendment shall be and shall constitute an amendment of the Work Order and Agreement and shall control,but only to the extent that such provision is inconsistent or conflicting with the Work Order and Agreement. WHEREAS,CSC and Customer entered into RISKMASTER Accelerator Access Agreement Work Order No. 1 pursuant to the Agreement for Purchase,Installation and Training of Risk Management Information System by and between CSC and Customer dated March 31,2000; WHEREAS, CSC and Customer agree that the term"Auto"needs to be referenced in Exhibit B of the Work Order and now the parties wish to include this to the above referenced Work Order; NOW THEREFORE, CSC and Customer hereby agree to amend the above referenced Work Order as follows: 1."Exhibit B—Software/Helpdesk"of the Work Order is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety to include"Auto"under the first bullet point"lines of business"under RISKMASTER Accelerator eXpress includes:. Amended Exhibit B is annexed to this Amendment. 2. Except as modified herein,all other terms and conditions of the Work Order,including the contents provided in Exhibit B shall remain in full force and effect.
