I could find no other records <br />showing this S�R as a duplex or triplex. 1 assuming Ted has already reviewed bui{ding permit recards. Zoning is R-2 <br />which allows duplexes if the lot area is at least 7,500 square feet. The lot is 7,Z00 square feet in area.
