ORDINANCE NO. 2689-03tafr <br /> 00 No- -4 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending a special construction fund entitled "Silver Lake <br /> Construction", Fund 334, as amended by Ordinance No. 2059-95 <br /> WHEREAS,the special construction fund entitled "Silver Lake Construction", Fund <br /> 334, was established to provide for the said repairs and improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett desires to amend Fund 334, "Silver Lake Construction", <br /> to encompass the planning and construction of the Hauge Homestead Picnic Shelter; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett will be utilizing Capital Improvement Program(CIP) 3 <br /> funds for the design, planning and construction of the Hauge Homestead Picnic Shelter; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "Silver Lake Construction", Fund 334,be amended to include the $137,917.00 <br /> in additional funding from Capital Improvement Program (CIP) 3. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the "Silver Lake Construction", Fund 334,be amended by the amount in Section 1 <br /> to include a total project authorization of$1,579,749.00 <br /> Section 3: <br /> That this appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from.year to year until <br /> fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity <br /> of reappropriation. <br /> Section 4: Severability <br /> If any provision of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid by any <br /> court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be conclusively presumed that this ordinance <br /> would have been enacted without the provision so held unconstitutional or invalid and the <br />
