It is anticipated that the <br /> parties will enter into further interlocal agreements on specific subject areas, <br /> as indicated in the text of the Agreement. <br /> 9.16 Authority <br /> The parties represent to each other that the persons executing this Agreement <br /> have authority to do so and to bind the parties hereunder. <br /> 9.17 Governing Law and Stipulation of Venue <br /> This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. <br /> Any action hereunder must be brought in the Superior Court of Washington <br /> for Snohomish County. <br /> Section 10. Interlocal Cooperation Act <br /> The parties agree that no separate legal administrative entities are necessary in order <br /> to carry out this Agreement. If determined by a court to be necessary for the purposes <br /> of Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 39.34 RCW, and administrator or joint board <br /> responsible for administering this Agreement will be established by mutual <br /> agreement.
