Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Provide outside dimensions of proposed addition and existing dwelling on the site plan. <br /> 2. Provide surveyors certificate for setbacks per the City of Everett zoning code. Required <br /> when addition is located within 12"of required setback. <br /> 3. Projections that extend into the 5'-0"side yard setback are required to be protected on <br /> the underside with 1-hour fire-resistive construction. Provide detail. <br /> 4. It appears that the Simpson MST 60 called out on the upper floor plan will not work in <br /> the configuration shown. Please detail the connection to show how loads are <br /> transferred at cantilever with sliding glass door under cantilever. <br /> 5. Projections in the 5'-0"side yard setback are limited to a maximum of 18". Typical wall <br /> section shows 24" (see #3 above). <br /> 6. R-3 pipe insulation is required on all hot water piping in conditioned and non- <br /> conditioned spaces.
