A copy of the Federal Communication Commission's new 6409 rule is <br /> enclosed for your information. Please also see the table below for a demonstration of how <br /> the proposal complies with the 6409 rule. <br /> Component Federal Section ATFtT's Proposed Modification <br /> 6409 Limits <br /> Increase height of tower 20 feet or less No increase in height <br /> Antennas extending horizontally 20 feet or less Antennas extend approx. 3'=6" <br /> from edge of tower horizontally from edge of tower. <br /> Additional equipment cabinets 4 or fewer No new cabinets proposed. New LTE <br /> equip. to be installed in ex. equip. rack <br /> within ex. equip. shelter. <br /> FCC Shot Clock for Section 6409 Minor Modifications <br /> Based on a filing date of 10/2/2015 the projected FCC deadline for a decision is 12/1/2015. <br /> Our goal is to work with the City to obtain approval of this minor modification earlier than the <br /> deadline.
