SECTION 31: That portion of the Zoning Map established by Ordinance No. 1671-89, as <br /> amended, identified as Area#18, which is generally located on the east shore of Silver Lake and <br /> which is shown on the attached map marked "Exhibit A, page 9", and which is specifically <br /> described as follows: <br /> That portion of the Government Lot 7, Northeast quarter of Section 30, Township <br /> 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M., lying West of 19th Avenue SE (AKA SR 527, <br /> AKA Bothell-Everett Highway), lying East of the Ordinary High Water Mark of <br /> Silver Lake, and lying North of a line described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section 30 which bears North <br /> 00°26'00" East a distance of 17.24 feet from the meander corner on said East <br /> line of said section; THENCE, North 80°07'38" West a distance of 97.93 <br /> feet; THENCE, North 75°30'20" West a distance of 102.87 feet, more or <br /> less, to the Ordinary High Water Mark of Silver Lake, and the terminus of <br /> said line. <br /> is hereby rezoned from B-2 (Community Business) to OS (Office Space). <br /> SECTION 32: That portion of the Zoning Map established by Ordinance No. 1671-89, as <br /> amended, identified as Area#19, which is generally located along Port Gardner Bay at the <br /> western City limit and which is known as a portion of the Mukilteo tank farm property and <br /> which is shown on the attached map marked "Exhibit A, page 10", and which is specifically <br /> described as follows: <br /> All that portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 4 East, <br /> W.M., lying northerly of the BNSF right of way, south southeast of the ordinary <br /> high water mark, and east of the City limit. <br /> is hereby rezoned from R-S (Suburban Residential) to WC (Waterfront Commercial). <br /> SECTION 33: Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed as abating any official action of the <br /> City now pending under or by virtue of any of the ordinances herein amended or superseded by <br /> the adoption of this ordinance or as waiving any right of the City under the policies, provisions <br /> and regulations amended or superseded by the adoption of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 34: If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase set forth in this <br /> ordinance or its application to any person or situation be declared unconstitutional or invalid for <br /> any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance <br /> or its application to any other person or situation.
