Upon submission of the following information requested, your <br />application will be given priority and plan review will resume. You can submit this information to me by e- <br />mail, to expedite processing of this permit. <br />Mechanical <br />1. Please submit a plan indicating the number location of the new heat pumps, a schedule indicating the <br />weight, model number, and size of each heat pump, and a schedule of the equipment being removed, <br />if this is a"like for like" replacement. Please be specific on the number, weight and location of the <br />equipment being removed for comparison. <br />2. Please submit manufacturer's documentation indicating that the heat pumps comply with WSEC table <br />404.2 for minimum performance-see attached excerpt for water heaters, electric. Please identify if <br />there is a cooling tower used, in compliance with WSEC section C403.4.3.3.2.2 (attached). Please <br />indicate the valve for isolation, per C403.4.3.3.3 (attached). <br />3. After reviewing the information requested above, we may also require the review and stamped <br />structural verification by a Washington State licensed professional engineer of the new equipment, if <br />the loads or distribution of the load appear to exceed the previous installation. <br />Applicable codes include the 2012 International Building Code, the 2012 International Fire Code, the 2012 <br />International Mechanical Code, and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). All codes referenced, as <br />adopted by the City of Everett, should include current revisions by the State of Washington. Revisions or <br />additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning, or Fire).
