Hugo Kruiniger <br />KN Casino, LLC. <br />6707 Hardeson Road <br />�verett, Washington 98203 <br />Re: Majestic Glove <br />2610 West Casino Road <br />Everett, Washington <br />Pursuant to your requcst, I am writing this letter regarding the aforementioned project with <br />regard to the constiuction of the structural elements and the completion of the structural system. <br />We visited the site on June 28, 2012 to observe the construction and answcr field questions. <br />Many of the structural components of the building were completed at the time of this site visit. <br />Shutler Consulting Engineers is currently not aware of any deviations in construction from the <br />approved structural drawings and/or subsequent structural revision sheets issued during <br />construction as drawing clarifications, alternatives to the details on the construction documents <br />ar modifications due to construction errors. We have visited the site, as stated above, to make <br />visual observations of work in progress and have found such work observed to be in general <br />conformance with the requirements of the structural construction documents. <br />It is my understanding that special inspections as required by the International Building Code <br />and the construction documents have been performed by the independent testing agency of <br />Professional Service Industries, Inc.
