10. Nothing within locational requirements set forth in this chapter <br /> shall preclude an adult use business from conducting more than <br /> one adult use activity within a single structure; provided, the adult <br /> use business shall comply with provisions of this title and all other <br /> city ordinances. <br /> 11. In the event an adult use business is legally established in <br /> accordance with the requirements of this title and does not <br /> constitute a nonconforming use as defined in subsection B of this <br /> section, and a sensitive land use described in subsections A.2 <br /> through A.6 of this section locates within the required separation <br /> distance, the zoning conformity of the legally established adult use <br /> shall not be affected. <br /> 12. Adult use businesses, panoram premises and public places of <br /> adult entertainment shall not be permitted within the area defined <br /> in Map 5.1. <br /> Section 7. Repeal of Ordinance No. 2683-03. Upon the <br /> effective date of this Ordinance, Ordinance No. 2683-03 shall hereby be <br /> repealed. <br /> Section 8. Severability. Should any section, paragraph, clause <br /> or phrase of this Ordinance, or its application to any person or <br /> circumstance, be declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid for any <br /> reason, or should any portion of this Ordinance be pre-empted by state or <br /> federal law or regulations, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br /> portions of this Ordinance or its application to other persons or <br /> circumstances. <br /> Section 9. Savings_ The enactment of this ordinance shall not <br /> affect any case, proceeding, appeal or other matter currently pending in <br /> any court or before the City or I any way modify any obligation, right or <br /> liability, civil or criminal, which may exist by virtue of any other section, <br /> subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this ordinance. <br /> 11 <br />
