2. Any exhibition, performance or dance which is intended to sexually stimulate any member of the public and which is conducted on a regular basis or as a substantial part of the premise's activity. This includes, but is not limited to, any such exhibition, performance or dance performed for, arranged with or engaged in with fewer than all members of the public on the premises at the time, with separate consideration paid, either directly or indirectly, for such performance, exhibition or dance and which is commonly referred to as table dancing, couch dancing, taxi dancing, lap dancing, private dancing or straddle dancing. Section 3. Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended, (EMC 19.5) is hereby amended by the addition of: Map 5.1 (attached as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference) Section 4. Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended, Chapter 5 Table 5.2 Non-Residential Uses, Note 17A c which reads as follows: Mini-casinos shall not be permitted in the C-1R Zoned area located east of Colby Avenue, north of 44th Street and south of 40th Street. be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Mini-casinos shall not be permitted in the C-1R Zoned area located east of Colby Avenue, north of 44th Street and south of 40th Street. Mini-casinos are also not be permitted within the area defined in Map 5.1 of EMC 19.5. Section 5. Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended, Chapter 5, Table 5.2 Non-Residential Uses, Note 17 which reads as follows: A tavern or nightclub with live music and/or dancing is not permitted within one hundred feet of lots located in residential zones. 7
