Type I Hood Mechanical Permit Application Required C�� �' �' <br />Dear Mr. Carlsen, <br />In response to the application for a chemical suppression permit, a Type I hood <br />mechanical permit application is required to first be submitted, reviewed and issued. <br />Although Steve Miller has reviewed a mechanical permit for this tenant improvement, a <br />separate Type I Hood permit application is still required. <br />Applicable codes include: 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International <br />Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2012 Washington <br />State Energy Code (WSEC), and the 2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities <br />A117.1-2003 (ICC/ANSI) as adopted by the State of Washington, as referenced in the City <br />of Everett Municipal Code (EMC). These comments address building issues only. <br />Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). <br />All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the <br />proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
