Notice was given by the City of Everett to the property owner on April 17, 2015, that work had been done without permits to remove required and acc:essible parking shown on approved permit B0411-009. The property owner was notified tFiat a new permit is required to resolve the unlawful structure, per IPMC section 108.1.4. An incomplete permit application was submitted by the owner in June, and a corrections letter was issued by the City of Everett a couple days later. IZevised submittals, meetings, phone calls, and e-mails have occurred over several months, ��nd the required corrections are still not resolved. City representatives have met and have been available to meet with the owner, or their representative, to discuss minimum requirements„ A second corrections letter will be issued to the owner for revisions to the parking and accessible route. Please submit the requested revisions within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If drawings that resolve all of the required corrections arE� not received before September 28, 2015, it will be necessary to forward the scope of the uinpermitted work to Code for resolution.
