The property owner was notified tFiat a new permit is required to resolve <br />the unlawful structure, per IPMC section 108.1.4. <br />An incomplete permit application was submitted by the owner in June, and a corrections letter <br />was issued by the City of Everett a couple days later. IZevised submittals, meetings, phone <br />calls, and e-mails have occurred over several months, ��nd the required corrections are still not <br />resolved. City representatives have met and have been available to meet with the owner, or <br />their representative, to discuss minimum requirements„ A second corrections letter will be <br />issued to the owner for revisions to the parking and accessible route. <br />Please submit the requested revisions within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter.
