BEKRIS, <br />A complaint was received on January 13, 2015 aboufi the lack of accessible parking to service <br />the buiiding(s) at the address listed above. A new permit application and two sets of drawings <br />should be submitted within 70 days of the date of this letter, no later than June 26, 2015. All <br />required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br />structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />Permit Historv <br />Attached site plan indicates that parking lot alterations have been made without permits. <br />Parking Lot Revisions-Permit Application Re4uired <br />Accessible parking, access aisles, and an accessible route to the building(s) was altered contrary <br />to law, per IPMC section 108.1.4. Please note that federal <br />ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. <br />These comments address building issues only.
