Time and <br /> the elements have taken their toll on the windows and they have rotted out to the point that water is <br /> infiltrating the building and damaging the existing plaster. This project is intended to replace all existing <br /> wood windows. Since the Main Library is on the Washington Heritage Register but not listed on the <br /> National Register or Everett Register, a formal review process of the replacements is not required.
