Section l: Chapter 4 3(B), 2001 (EMC 15.16.080.A.18) of Ordinance No. 2530-01 (EMC 15.16.080.A.18), which reads as follows: Decisions included 18. Land divisions, as follows: a. Binding site plan variance (twenty-five percent or less); b. Preliminary binding site plan; c. Preliminary binding site plan with site plan approval; d. Preliminary residential condominium binding site plan; e. Preliminary short subdivision alteration or vacation; f. Preliminary short subdivision of nine lots or less; g. Preliminary short subdivision with nonconforming structures; h. Preliminary subdivision of fifty lots or less; i. *Preliminary subdivision alteration or vacation; j. Subdivision or short subdivision variance and variance for tax lots (twenty-five percent or less) (see tax segregated lots in EMC Title 18, Land Division); is hereby amended to read as follows: Decisions included 18.
