Please <br /> submit the requested revisions or request an extension in writing explaining the project <br /> circumstances within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, no later than December 18, <br /> 2014. <br /> Failure to submit revisions within 180 days of the permit application places your permit <br /> at risk of cancellation.
