We plan to remove an existing office and replace it with 2 work areas. I have attached a copy of the building permit plans for your review. Of particular interest to you would be sheet A0.1 depicting the overall plan noting the remodeled area and the top of sheet A-2.1 showing the specific demo and workstation layout. The building permit plan set is currently being reviewed by the City of Everett and we anticipate the permit to be issued within a week. We plan to complete the work with our in-house TEC construction division (as we have in the past), all at TEC expense. As a condition for the permit,the City of Everett requires the property owners approval for both the work to be completed and for the TEC construction division to act on your behalf as the "owner/builder" (GC).
