We plan to divide the current <br /> training room into two and split half of that into separate offices. I have attached a copy of preliminary plans for your <br /> review. The building permit plan set is currently being completed and will be ready to submit for a building permit from <br /> the City of Everett later this week. We plan to complete the TI with our in-house TEC construction division, all at TEC <br /> expense. <br /> As a condition for the permit,the City of Everett requires the property owners approval for both the work to be <br /> completed and for the TEC construction division to act on your behalf as the "owner/builder" (GC).
