ADDENDUM TO <br /> PLANNED ACTION DETERMINATION <br /> SEPA 905-041 <br /> July 12, 2013 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of Building <br /> and Public Works permits to allow the construction of a new 25,445 sf manufacturing facility and <br /> parking lot area. <br /> ADDENDUM: 2013 Revision- Construct a 6,777 square foot upper floor addition within an <br /> existing 25,445 square foot warehouse building. Approximately 6,574 square feet of first floor <br /> area would be remodeled. The completed project would have 18,882 square feet of manufacturing <br /> area and 12,241 square feet of office area. A charge for the additional area discharging to the sewer and water system will be added to <br /> the building permit per the ordinance in effect at the time of permit application. <br /> 2. A traffic mitigation fee of$17,812.00 is due for this addition. <br /> 3. All parking lot changes shall comply with the City of Everett standards. <br /> 4.
