The email below is from the company working on the exchange. It is addressed to the realtor for my home, Mike and Lani West. I guess it is pretty much self-explanatory. Briefly, maybe a little history is in order. I built some retaining walls in my back yard several years ago without first obtaining a building permit. Later, at the direction of the City of Everett, I hired a geotechnical engineer(Nelson Geotech) and the walls were declared structurally satisfactory by them. I paid a fine to the city. I have documentation for all this (which you probably have too, I guess).The same geotech then assisted me in building another wall (which is the shotcrete wall where Mayes Testing Engineering was involved) which you and I just addressed a few days ago. 1 -�
