It is addressed to the realtor for my home, Mike and <br /> Lani West. I guess it is pretty much self-explanatory. <br /> Briefly, maybe a little history is in order. I built some retaining walls in my back yard several years ago without first <br /> obtaining a building permit. Later, at the direction of the City of Everett, I hired a geotechnical engineer(Nelson <br /> Geotech) and the walls were declared structurally satisfactory by them. I paid a fine to the city. I have documentation for <br /> all this (which you probably have too, I guess).The same geotech then assisted me in building another wall (which is the <br /> shotcrete wall where Mayes Testing Engineering was involved) which you and I just addressed a few days ago. <br /> 1 -� <br />
