On 12-23-2014, 1 met with the geotechnical engineer on-site. We discussed in <br /> detail where all the erosion control mats should go and also all the type and spacing, etc., of the plants I'll be adding to <br /> the slope. <br /> During this discussion, I again brought up the subject of the "steep slumping slope just west of the new wall".
