The <br /> structure was approved in 2008 to be converted from garage to an accessory office space (not a dwelling unit) however <br /> it was found be used on January 27t1, 2016 as living space in violation of the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Per your letter you stated that you have subsequently moved the tenants out of the detached office and are ready for <br /> an inspection of the property on either March 9th or 10t1. I am available to conduct an inspection on either day at a time <br /> of your convenience between 8:00 AM—3:00 PM.
