ADDENDUM TO <br /> NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION <br /> And <br /> PLANNED ACTION DETERMINATION <br /> SEPA#01-063 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposed action is issuance of building <br /> and public works permits to allow construction of a 112,000 square foot building to be used as an <br /> office and research facility. The proposal includes additional parking and access improvements, <br /> including a 167-stall temporary surface parking lot, access roads, and a covered pedestrian <br /> walkway connecting the new parking with the existing building. <br /> The original project was reviewed under SEPA#98-074. Previous expansions were reviewed <br /> under SEPA# 01-012 and#01-063. <br /> ADDENDUM: Revision submitted 01-13-2014.
