On Dull St. to the left of the existing driveway, install brick wali/curb or gate from post to property line to restrict vehicle access from the roadway to be only at the existing driveway apron (13.16.090 B). 5. Provide a minimum of 20' separation between the edge of the existing driveway and the edge of the proposed driveway. This frontage can be blocked off by landscaping and/or installing a brick wall/curb at the inside edge of the proposed brick pavers. Please do not install this wall/curb at the edge of the asphalt roadway as it may become damaged by or hazardous for drivers in the area. (13.16.090 B) 6. Provide a new driveway that is maximum 20' wide (13.16.060 A). Install new brick wail/curb on either side of the proposed driveway to restrict vehicle access to the established driveway approach only (13.16.090 B). 7. There shall be no parking within the vicinity of the gravel installed on W. Mukilteo Blvd. and Dover Street. No Parking signs can be purchased and installed by the owner at the owner's expense. 8. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 after construction is complete for final inspection and for any other inspection requests.
