All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hrs before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811 <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />5. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />6. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. <br />The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for more details. <br />7. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning the <br />project. Call Randy Allen at 425-339-7403. <br />8. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, swales, or <br />erosion blankets. <br />9. Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />10. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />11. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shali be hauled to an approved, permitted site. No wasting <br />of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />12. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />13. No building materials to be stacked on sidewalk/roadway and sidewalk/roadway to be kept clean and open for pedestrian <br />travel. <br />14. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on this proposal's <br />frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broken or damaged area must be <br />replaced). <br />15. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />16. Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />Your public works inspector is Randy Allen.
