Compieted Permit Application for Group R-3 Adult Family Home Occupancy. <br />2. Two (2) complete sets of building plans (1/4" = 1' minimum scale) and one (1) <br />additional reduced set of plans in 11" x 17" size. IVote: Three (3) sets required for <br />properties located within a historical overlay. <br />3. Three (3) site plans, no larger than 11" x 17" in size. <br />4. Plan check fee. <br />5. All documents must be clearly legible for microfilming, each page consecutively <br />numbered and stapled. <br />6. Any land use review (i.e. nonconforming certification or variance) if required, rnusi <br />be completed prior to permit submittal. <br />NOTE: Submittals for New Adult Family Homes or Additions to an Adult Family Home will also need to <br />comply with the additional requirements included in the Residential Plan Submittal Checklist. Planning <br />Department review required. <br />I. SITE (PLOT) PLAN <br />a A site plan showing parking, paved surfaces, access roads and fire service tivater supply. <br />• Swimming pools, spas and hot tubs should also be shown with four foot high barriers. <br />II. FLOOR PLANS <br />o Floor plans showing existing and new work for each story or level, all room:: labeled for use, <br />dimensions of rooms, window and door sizes, rooms used for clients and the sleeping room <br />classification for each room, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, means oF egress and <br />components: stairs, ramps, platform lifts, elevators.
