Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). Provide smoke alarms per section R314 International Residential Code (IRC) show on <br />plans (all levels). <br />3. Provide carbon monoxide alarm per section R315 IRC show on plans. (All levels). <br />4. Specify new window size at all new windows. Indicate window rype ie... slider, <br />casement, double hung, single hung. <br />5. Specify energy code compliance requirements per Washington State Energy Code <br />(WSEC). <br />6. Provide details for ramp and all components, including handrail. <br />7.
