Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br />1. Provide section and/or details of roof framing show all components of roof structure. <br />2. Verify lateral abiliry of new roof planks. <br />3. Provide stair detail(s) including rise, run, stringer size, material and quantity, handrail <br />size and location. <br />4. Provide guard detail. Specify spacing of intermediate balusters per section R312 IRC. <br />5. Specify size of footings supporting deck and roof structure. Footings shall rest on <br />undisturbed soil not less than 12" below the finished grade. <br />6. Specify connectors at post/footing, post/beam and rafters to beam. <br />7. Specify size, species and grade of beam(s) supporting deck joists. <br />8.
