� <br />Ted Budden <br />From: Ted Budden <br />Sent: Wednesday, January 22, 2014 7:34 AM <br />To: Spring Wathen <br />Cc: Anne Weech <br />Subject: 2430 Oakes Ave. <br />� <br />Spring, <br />On 11/26/2013 I posted a stop work order for construction work that is occurring at 2430 Oakes Ave. <br />The observable construction work consists of front porch alterations and roof repairs and alterations being performed <br />without required permits. <br />Likely there is more activity here that will be discovered during our involvement. <br />The property is heavily posted with no trespass signs, so access and right of entry is limited. I was able to assess the <br />violations from the public ROW. <br />I noticed that there has been code enforcement history here, with that in mind there may exist, additional nuisance <br />violations. <br />I have waited some time since the stop work posting (as I often do) to allow the owner to respond voluntarily (and to <br />spare you unnecessary effort). We have not received any response to date. The stop work order remains posted on the <br />premises.
