This does not mean that we will issue a permit before plans have been submitted
(formally submitted -- not an email set of plans). Of course, all work performed before the plans are approved is subject
to change so as to comply with the approved plans. Thanks.
Ti m
-----Original Message-----
From: Jeff Olsen [mailto:ieff@preferredelectric.us]
Sent: Friday, December 19, 2014 11:38 AM
To: Tim Alaniz
Subject: PRMCE Permits prior to drawings
Tim - I was trying to pull a permit today for a small office remodel at Pacific Campus. They initially would not issue he
permit because the drawings are not completed by Sparling - yet. We need to have an inspection for a couple new walls
prior to drawings being completed. In years past, we have beem issued the permit, knowing the drawings were on thet
the way.
Today that was not possible without making a stink about it and asking to speak with you. With you out, I spoke with a
supervisor and he allow the purchase.
To avoid the scene in the future - without dwgs - what can I do differently?
Jeff Olsen
Preferred Electric
206.499.6691
Sent from my iPhone
r
;'
:
