Provide plans, sections and details for exterior deck and stair construction, including <br />guards, handrail, rise, run, baluster material and spacing, ledger attachment and <br />landings. <br />10. Ramps shall comply with Section R311.8. Show requirements on plans. Ramps shall be <br />not less than 36" wide. <br />11. Show how ��welling is heated per Section R303.8 IRC. <br />12. All e�erioi�� wall cavities that are exposed during construction shall be insulated to the <br />maximum depth of the framing cavity without compressing the insulation. Walls that <br />were cove:red shall be exposed for inspection of all components including insulation, <br />piumbing, mechanical, framing and electrical. <br />15. All plumbing including groundwork, shall be inspected before being covered. <br />16.
