We observed electrical work, plumbing, work <br />and interior and exterior construction work in various stages of completion. There are now numerous bedrooms with <br />locking hardware installed. The building may be intended to be used as a boarding/rooming house. <br />All of the observed construction activity lacks and requires permits and approvals. The workmen on site were co- <br />operative but had limited language skills. They stated that the owner resides in B.C. Canada. We took lots of <br />photographs and posted the stop work order on the inside of the street front window. <br />Please initiate enforcement action on this property as your schedule allows. <br />Thank you. <br />Ted Budden <br />
