. <br />C� <br />SIGN PERMIT SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST <br />SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING: <br />1. Two complete sets of plans that include a site plan and building plans (1" = 40' <br />minimum sca/e). Maximum size of plan sets: 42" long, 30" wide (bound edge), 5/8" thick. <br />All pages in a plan set shall be uniformly sized. All plans must be clearly legible for <br />microfilming, each page consecutively numbered and stapled. NOTE: Aerial photos as <br />site plans are not accepted for properties with freestanding signs. <br />2. Completed Permit Application form. <br />3. Plan check fee. <br />4. All proposed signs visible and within 660 feet of I-5 will be rou'ted to WSDOT for <br />review. Permit cannot be issued until review is complete. Submit WSDOT <br />approval if granted prior to sign submittal. ��� <br />Site Plan Requirements: (� �✓S � 2�7 _ o�`� ( <br />��-�e.v�e, ���,1�.� <br />A. Show site address, name of business/owner, property lines a d dimensions, location of all <br />buildings, parking areas, driveways and landscape areas drawn to s�ale. <br />B. Show the setback of all proposed and existing freestanding signs measured from the <br />property line; include the sign height and sign area for each sign. If more than one sign, <br />label signs, i.e., Sign 1, Sign 2, etc. <br />C. Show landscaping around the base of any freestanding sign, if required. <br />2. Elevation Drawing Requirements: <br />A. For freestanding signs, show the height, dimensions and sign area of all proposed and <br />existing signs drawn to scale. <br />B. For wall signs, the dimensions and facade area of the facade of the particular business or <br />entity for which the sign permit is being applied. <br />C. For projecting signs, the dimensions of the sign, its projection from the building, and <br />vertical clearance above grade. <br />3.
