The characteristics of the development with respect to the transportation system.
2. The trip general characteristics of the development by mode.
3. The projected trip distribution expected for the site and how this trip distribution was
developed.
4. The projected trip assignment for the site by mode for daily and peak hour condition.
5. The anticipated effects of this incremental increase in trips.
6. The development of any justification for an appropriate design year. The design year shall
allow for the completion of the total development and reaching its full level of usage. It shall
also allow for the full impact of other proposed developments to be reached. As a minimum
is should allow for at least a five-year horizon.
7. Other projected trip growth for the study area.
8. The projected trip assignment for the total anticipated growth in the study area.
9. The anticipated effect of this total projected increase in trips.
10. An analysis and recommended mitigation of the effects of this projected total increase in
trips.
11. An analysis and mitigation of safety related impacts associated with the projected total
increase in trips.
12.
