February 15, 2012 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., February 15, 2012 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall, President Gipson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Hatloe, Gipson, <br /> Nielsen, Stonecipher and Affholter were present. <br /> Council Administrative Coordinator Deb Williams led the Pledge of <br /> Allegiance. <br /> Everett Police Department's Thin Blue Line then sang the National <br /> Anthem. <br /> The minutes of the February 8, 2012 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no report. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts said he was excited to hear that the Navy would <br /> be increasing its presence in Everett, and thanked Congressman Larsen <br /> for his efforts in that regard. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher reported that she would be out of town next <br /> week. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(i) to last approximately 15 minutes with possible action <br /> following. <br /> 41 <br />
