February 15, 2012 <br /> services agreement with the Washington State Softball Umpires <br /> Association for softball umpire services in an amount not to exceed <br /> $67,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The city council meeting recessed to executive session and returned to <br /> the chamber at 7:58 p.m. <br /> City Attorney Iles introduced an emergency ordinance with respect to the <br /> Central Waterfront Planning Area in accordance with RCW 36.70A.390. <br /> Presentation by Allan Giffen, Planning Director <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1202-10 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing a moratorium with respect to the <br /> Central Waterfront Planning Area, in accordance with RCW <br /> 36.70A.390, and declaring an emergency to exist <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Hatloe, <br /> that an emergency exists and this is declared to be the first, second, third <br /> and final reading of Council Bill No. 1202-10 and the City Clerk is directed <br /> to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Hatloe, Gipson, Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher, Affholter <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3260-12 adopted. <br /> 47 <br />
