September 28, 2016 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT <br /> SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 with BHC <br /> Consultants, LLC for Design and Construction Support services of <br /> "Sewer Regulator 4 and 39 Modifications" for an additional amount <br /> not to exceed $356,897. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except council <br /> members Roberts and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — BUS PASS SALES <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Bus Pass Sales <br /> Agreement between Island Transit and the City of Everett to sell <br /> monthly bus passes for the Everett Connector Service at Everett <br /> Station's Customer Service Center. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except council <br /> members Roberts and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — TARGET ZERO TEAMS HIGH VISIBILITY <br /> ENFORCEMENT TRAFFIC SAFETY EMPHASIS PATROLS <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement <br /> between the Everett Police Department and the Washington Traffic <br /> Safety Commission regarding participation in Target Zero Teams <br /> high visibility enforcement traffic safety emphasis patrols in the <br /> amount of$14,900. <br /> 307 <br />
