(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with WebQA for GovQA Public Records Request Management Software as a Service. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with the DLR Group for the design of the Service Center Redevelopment Project in the amount of $2,003,747.00. (12) Authorize Advertisement of a Request for Proposals 2016-071 for General Contractor/Construction Management Services for the Service Center Redevelopment Project. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the sales order with Cummins, Inc. for a Transfer Switch to replace failing equipment.
