Provide topsoil from a commercial topsoil supplier <br /> ' who has been in the business for at least five consecutive years. <br /> Supplement 9-14.1 by adding the following: <br /> 9-14.1(4) Topsoil Testing and Amendments <br /> Provide two representative topsoil samples from each topsoil source to a certified soils <br /> laboratory for analysis. Soils laboratory will analyze samples and provide <br /> ' recommendations for adding amendments to topsoil and amount of lime, fertilizer, and <br /> micronutrients topsoil will require.
