I CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS DIVISION 1 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Supplement Division 1 by adding the following: General Description and Location of Project Work is located along the west side of Broadway between 35th Street and Pacific Avenue. Work includes, and not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct approximately 1,900 linear feet of 12-in diameter ductile iron water main and appurtenances, hydrants and leads, new services and connections, pavement and sidewalk restoration, and performing ail Work as required by the Contract in accordance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. Standard Specifications (******) All Work under this Contract shall be performed in accordance with the following Specifications except as may be exempted or modified by other sections of these Contract Documents. These Specifications are incorporated by reference, made a part of this Contract and shall control and guide all activities within this Project whether referred to directly, paragraph by paragraph. WSDOT/APWA "2016 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction", as amended by the APWA Supplements. hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Specifications." The Standard Specifications, as modified or supplemented by the Amendments to the Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions, all of which are made a part of the Contract Documents, shall govern all of the Work. The following latest edition of other specifications and standard plans shall apply to the extent to which they are called out in these Plans and Special Provisions. 1 1.
