NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Zoning <br /> That the City Council accepts the Planning Commission recommendation that the <br /> B-2(B) (Office) zone is consistent with the adopted Everett Comprehensive Plan 4.3 (Office) <br /> designation for the Property. <br /> Section 2: Approval <br /> That the City Council hereby approves B-2(B) (Office) zoning for the Property described in <br /> the Zoning Map of that portion of the City shown in Exhibit A and legally described in <br /> Finding 3 above. <br /> Section 3: Legal Description <br /> See Finding 3, above. <br /> Section 4: Zoning Established <br /> That the official City zoning map in the Planning and Community Development Department <br /> shall, upon effective date of this Ordinance, be amended formally establishing the zoning for <br /> the Property as B-2(B) (Office) , and henceforth the Property shall be used in accordance with <br /> the B-2(B) (Office) zone, as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, <br /> E.M.C.). <br /> Section 5: Zoning Map Attached <br /> Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A is a map which identifies <br /> the Property zoned in Sections 2 and 4 herein. <br /> Section 6: Notify Snohomish County Government <br /> The City Clerk of the City of Everett is hereby directed to file a duly certified copy of this <br /> Ordinance with the Snohomish County Auditor and the Snohomish County Boundary Review <br /> Board. <br /> Section 7: Corrections <br /> The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br /> corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of <br /> scrivener's/clerical errors, references, Ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers and <br /> any references thereto. <br /> 3 <br />
